Deviled eggs are a classic, perfect for almost any occasion – and a staple at any backyard barbecue. Easy to make, these delicious finger-foods are always a crowd-pleaser.
Once you've filled all your egg halves, sprinkle them with a little bit of paprika for color. If you want to get really fancy, you can add a small piece of cooked bacon or a sprig of fresh dill on top of each egg.
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbsp light mayonnaise
- ½ tsp dijon mustard
- 1 pinch paprika
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions:
- Boil eggs for 12 minutes and then cool in cold water.
- Peel eggs. Cut in half and scoop out egg yolks into a small bowl.
- Mix with mayonnaise, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add a spoonful of mixture back into egg white halves and serve.
