Ingredients:

Smoothie Bowl:

1 large frozen banana, sliced

½ ripe avocado

1 cup fresh arugula

1 medjool date, pitted

1 tbsp raw cacao nibs

1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk, as needed to blend

Toppings:

Pear, sliced

1 tbsp hemp hearts

1 tbsp raw cacao nibs 

Ceylon cinnamon

Directions:

Blend all smoothie ingredients until even and creamy. Smooth over in a bowl and finish off with toppings to enjoy!
