There is a $7.95 shipping charge for all orders. Shipping will be free with all orders over $150.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, L’Evate You ships within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding globally. Check back with us periodically for updates.

Shipping to Canada is $10.95 USD for all orders.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO addresses?

Yes, orders can be shipped to P.O. Boxes and APO addresses. Please allow +4 additional days for these addresses.

How can I track my order?

How soon will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped within 3-7 business days from the date the order was placed. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking details.

Is there a return policy?

Our goal is to ensure our customers have the best experience with our products and service. You may exchange or return your item within 60 days of placing your order for store credit or a refund. Please note there is a fee for all return shipping labels.

How do I return my order?

When will I receive my refund or store credit?

Refunds and store credits are issued within 3-7 business days after your return has been received and processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been refunded or credited.

How can I edit or delay my upcoming subscription?

You can log into your account at the top right-hand corner. Once you are logged in you click on "Manage Subscription" to update your frequency, add/remove items or delay your subscription. To create an account, sign up here.

Creating an account on our website during checkout will also enroll you in our loyalty program. Check your email for a confirmation message.

How do I view my points balance?

If you're already logged in during checkout, you'll also see your points balance when choosing a payment method.

How do I earn points?

How do I apply my points?

If you're logged into your account during checkout, when you get to choosing your payment method, you'll see your available redemptions.

When do points expire?

Points expire after 1 year of inactivity. But don't worry, if you have points to use that are about to expire, we'll send you an email to let you know.

Can I apply my rewards to a subscription and how?

Yes! If you have an active subscription and would like to apply loyalty points to it, visit levateyou.com/pages/rewards.

1. Click, the 'Redeem Now' button.
2. If you have enough points to make a redemption, you'll be able to click on a specific redemption. When you do, it will generate a discount code.
3. Copy your discount code
4. Go to levateyou.com/account and click on 'Subscriptions.'
5. Click into your existing subscription and select, 'Apply Discount.'
6. Enter your code and you're done!

Why is my reward code not working?

If you're having trouble with your coupon code, please reach out to us using our web chat using the icon located at the bottom right of any page of our website.

Please note that some discount codes may not work during sitewide sales and/or other promotional events.

Can I transfer or merge my points between two separate accounts?

If you have points associated with multiple customer accounts (emails) that need to be merged, please reach out to us using our web chat icon located at the bottom right of any page on our site.

How do I refer a friend?

When you refer a friend you'll be giving them 15% off of their order and will receive $25 in LVU Rewards points to use towards your next order.
