Refund policy

We offers a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee return policy. There will be shipping label fee deducted from the refund amount, and returns and refunds must be requested within 30 days of your purchase.

1. We will generate a pre-paid return label for you, simply print it and attach your return label to the package.
2. Drop off the package within 28 days to your nearest carrier location.
3. Once your order has been received at our facility, please allow 5-7 days for processing.
4. Once processed, we will then issue a refund (minus the cost of the shipping label) processing fee. You will also receive an email confirmation.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your return and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
